For two years, the festival is held every month, with an internal selection of films.
Now, the goal is to give a chance to new directors, to highlight their achievements.

Each month, the selected films will be broadcast in a French city, and YouTube, for worldwide distribution (broadcast on YouTube is not an obligation).
